I was skeptical too but I won't go back to pads for my heavy days. They feel a bit thicker but you get used to it. And no crinkly noises lol.

I returned a couple pairs that weren't quite right for me and it was surprisingly easy. Just make sure they're unworn and in original packaging. Got my refund pretty quick.

Yeah, I think their returns policy is fairly standard for underwear, like unwashed and unworn stuff. Check their site, but afaik it's not too bad.

I'd say they're pretty true to size. I usually wear a medium and the medium fit perfectly, maybe slightly snug but that's what you want for leak protection.
